MSFS Comanche a Couple of Problems

Post BigT-65 »

I turn on both of my landing lights but only the left one is working. All the fuses are on. They were both working at one time but now only the left one.

Also I can't always get the flood lights to come on like I want. Sometimes the red light doesn't work at all and I haven't been able to dim the flood lights. Again all fuses are on.
Another thing, When I am looking at the engine anlalysis on the tablet it looks like all 6 cylindars are not firing. I am assuming that the two white dots by each cylindar indicates spark plugs and they are firing when the white lights come on. I have 47 hours on the engine clock, the only part I have had to change so far was oil lines. Every thing is green on the engine analysis view. The engine seems to be running just fine. Some times only cylindars 1, 2, 3, and 4 are firing. Moments later it may be numbers 1, 2, 5 and 6, then maybe 3, 4, 5 and 6. Very rarely do I see all 6 cylindars firing. All the videos I have seen show all 6 cylindars firing.

If I go back to the hanger and get a new Comanche am I going to lose my engine and airframe hours?
Thanks for helping.

It's very probable that your right landing light is just expended. You should be able to repair it from the walkaround view. If there is no clickspot to do so, try to install tip tanks (if not already done) for the clickspot to show (known bug).

The white dots not always showing is some minor graphics issue. There's a thread about it. Just watch your engine parameters and more important, listen to it! You definitely will notice bad cylinders.

Re the new Comanche; you can set persistence per livery on or off in the tablet. Also, you can "transfer" your a/c history to a new livery, see FAQ #7.F :)
